At Wiley X, we stand behind our high-performance eyewear and gear; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of the delivery date.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Prepaid Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely package your items in their original hard case and box.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location, ensuring all original tags and protective films are still intact on the eyewear.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  After our quality control team inspects the returned gear, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange within 5-7 business days.
